Flanges & Fittings
Threaded unions, couplings and nipples that make secure pipe connections without welding, for plumbing, industrial piping and fire protection.
Grade, size, pressure class and certification requirements are confirmed at enquiry. Mill test certificates are supplied with the material where applicable.
Threaded fittings screw directly onto threaded pipe and are sealed with tape or compound, so a system can be assembled and later dismantled with hand tools and no hot work. That makes them the default for plumbing, compressed-air and fire-protection branch lines, temporary installations and areas where welding permits are difficult to obtain.
Al Safsaaf supplies threaded fittings, including unions, couplings and nipples, sourced from Hilti and GCC approved suppliers, for plumbing, industrial piping and fire-protection systems in commercial and industrial projects.
Specify the fitting type, nominal size, thread form, material and grade, pressure class and whether ends are female, male or a combination. Thread form is critical: BSP (parallel or taper) and NPT look similar but do not seal together, so match the pipe specification. For lines subject to vibration or where leaks cannot be tolerated, consider socket-weld fittings instead.
