Al Safsaaf Trading & Contracting Company provides façade and glass cleaning for building owners, facility managers and contractors. Exterior cladding, curtain-wall glazing and windows are cleaned on a one-off or scheduled basis, and the same teams handle general cleaning inside the building.
Cleaning can run as a stand-alone service or as part of a facility management contract, so glazing and façades are looked after on the same programme as the building's maintenance. Each job starts with a site visit to agree the scope, the access arrangements and the schedule with the building's facility team.
Scope of work
- Façade cleaning. Cleaning of exterior cladding and façade panels to remove dust, sand and staining.
- Glass and window cleaning. Exterior and interior cleaning of curtain-wall glazing, windows and glass partitions.
- Scheduled cleaning programmes. Periodic façade and glass cleaning on an agreed schedule, as a stand-alone contract or within facility management.
